Aviation intelligence for aircraft owners.

Insight Built for Real Decisions

HX Aviation builds and publishes structured aviation intelligence for aircraft owners. Most buyers and sellers operate with fragmented information, broker opinions, and surface-level data. Our intelligence library, articles, and weekly podcast are designed to replace that with clarity. Each piece is built to support better decisions, grounded in real tradeoffs and the operational reality of aircraft ownership.

The Hendrix Family

The Hendrix Family

Aviation grounded in real life.

HX Aviation is our family’s business, and that carries real responsibility. We approach aircraft representation with discipline and care, recognizing the weight of the decisions involved. Our work is shaped by accountability, sound judgment, and the attention required when helping others navigate complex aircraft decisions.

Expertise without ego. Integrity by design.

We’re guided by practical principles that shape how we evaluate aircraft, advise clients, and conduct transactions. These values are our standards, applied daily, especially when situations are complex or pressure is high.

Integrity

Every interaction reflects honesty, clarity, and ethical grounding; decisions are based on what is true, not what is convenient.

Stewardship

Aircraft, capital, and mission requirements are handled with responsibility and care; decisions stay aligned with long-term outcomes at every stage.

Trust

Confidence is built through consistency; the process and communication remain steady regardless of pressure.

Initiative

We act early and deliberately; anticipating needs and addressing issues before they compound.

Excellence

Standards are applied to every detail; precision and follow-through are expected, not optional.

Commitment

Engagement continues from first conversation through closing; the relationship does not taper when the work becomes complex.

Common Questions

What does “process-driven” actually mean?

Each phase of the transaction follows a defined sequence, based on experience and best practices. Expectations are established early, documentation is handled methodically, and communication remains clear throughout. This approach keeps the process controlled and predictable, allowing decisions to be made with context rather than under pressure.

How are tradeoffs handled when evaluating aircraft?

Every aircraft involves tradeoffs across performance, condition, cost, and timing, and those tradeoffs are made explicit as part of the evaluation. Rather than focusing on isolated features or presentation, each option is considered within a defined framework so the compromises are understood in context. This allows decisions to be made deliberately, with a clear view of what is being gained and what is being accepted.

How is this different from working with a traditional broker?

Traditional brokerage often begins with available inventory, where the process is shaped by what is already on the market. Our approach begins with the mission and constraints, then moves deliberately through the market to identify the right aircraft. This ensures decisions are guided by intent and alignment, rather than adapting to what happens to be listed at a given time.

Why is the commission fixed?

Our commission is defined at the outset, so the structure is known and consistent from the beginning. It does not change during the transaction, and there are no side arrangements or shifting incentives. This allows decisions to be made based on the merits of the aircraft and the terms, rather than how the deal impacts compensation.
